Thank you for taking the time to read my profile. I hope you find it informative.

I’m Shaun and I am a qualified teacher living in the UK. As a teacher, I am passionate about working with and supporting ALL children. I love to teach and inspire. Over the years I have become fascinated with how children learn and how I can support them in the best way possible. I have found that not only am I there to teach but I am also there to help children with their:

- Emotions
- Wellbeing
- Mental health
- Behaviour
- Relationships
- Understanding the world
- Confidence

It is for these reasons that I decided to work with children that struggle to access mainstream education. I am currently specializing in positive behavior support as well as enabling children with Autism and those with ADHD to access learning.

I work closely with other teachers to support them in creating calm classroom environments as well as providing them with a deeper acknowledgement and understanding that children have different needs and that they learn differently. This is certainly an exciting part of my job.

I have also worked with parents to better equip them so that they can support their children at home. Outside of work I run webinar sessions for both teachers and parents. These sessions can be on a 1:1 basis or in a wider group session on specific topics such as restorative approaches or understanding Autism.
